The day before Easter we made Resurrection Rolls. We each started with a triangle of a refrigerator croissant roll and marshmallow. The marshmallow symbolized Jesus' body. The croissant roll was the clothe they wrapped him in. We tuck the marshmallow and rolled it in oil to represent when they anointed him. Then we rolled the marshmallow in cinnamon sugar to represent the spices they put on Jesus body. then roll them up in the croissant roll. Then Mom baked them at 375 for 8 to 10 minutes (wait till morning to give them to your children)
